@BrendonStilesMD V interesting! Wild how practice has changed. We have aggressively adopted FLOT as new SOC. Real world outcomes still unknown, role of immunotherapy now quite unknown.

.@pfeingold et al find a 3-field MIE approach was associated w/higher rate of repeat dilations in patients undergoing MIE. Shorter interval b/w esophagectomy and initial dilation is strongly associated w/need for repeated dilations. Link below.
