@austin_rief Most of the fish (most of the common types) comes frozen now, which I’m sure all these places are using. So costs are now under control, which makes these models work very well.

NJ changed its QSBS rules recently and recognizes QSBS.

Why in the world is NY going to push founders to move to New Jersey?
