Politicians are not supposed to go into places of worship and ask for votes. If the place of workshop allows it, legally they should lose their tax exempt status

Where is the accountability!?

The rule is Internal Revenue Code §501(c)(3), specifically the political campaign prohibition known as the Johnson Amendment

Allowing a candidate to use the organization’s facilities or events to campaign without equal opportunity for other candidates and distributing or publishing materials that favor or oppose candidates results in loss of tax exempt status

Using organizational resources like money, property, staff, lists and more to support or oppose a candidate also results in loss of tax exempt status

I’m sure there are, but I was looking for same-day framing. I go there. They measure it. They frame it. It’s done the minute. I put out the artwork by McNaughton. She pursed her lips and said hold on and walks away 18 minutes later the manager, the lady in the video with the sweater comes to tell me that they have the right to refuse political stuff. I said yeah for posters not for artwork so she doesn’t like my art. She decides that I’m denied services? I wasn’t even angry and @MichaelsStores had them 70% off. This is ridiculous- people like that should not be allowed to work in places where politics do not belong.

Let’s start with his $12.09 million from Centerview Partners after leaving the Chicago mayor’s office.

Then there’s Bill Clinton’s $104.9 million in speaking fees, including $56.3 million from foreign engagements.

And Hunter Biden’s initial $1 million annual compensation from Ukrainian energy company Burisma while his father was Vice President.

Those are documented payments, Rahm.

Now apply the same standards to everybody. What did they receive? From whom? For what? Was there an official favor?

A large payment isn’t proof of corruption. Neither is a business relationship.

If you want to play forensic accountant, follow the entire money trail. Not just the transactions involving politicians you dislike.

Many argue if she was a white male officer she'd be under arrest.

🚨BREAKING: Democrats Stand to Lose 2-5 U.S. House Seats Over DOJ Crackdown in California.

Los Angeles election officials recently admitted in federal court that they have no independent way to verify the citizenship status of California voters -- they simply take voters at their word. Federal law restricts voting in federal elections to citizens only, yet California recently mailed ballots to roughly 20,000 people that federal records flag as likely noncitizens and refused to comply with the DOJ’s requests to set those ballots aside.

The DOJ sued, then expanded the action to all 58 California counties. The DOJ’s letters demand that California election officials work with the DOJ and DHS to confirm citizenship, segregate -- not cancel -- any unconfirmed vote-by-mail ballots, and leave them untabulated until eligibility has been verified. The DOJ has warned that any election officials who knowingly count these ballots will face criminal liability.

The 9th Circuit Court has ordered California to respond to the DOJ’s emergency appeal seeking to keep those ballots set aside. California’s honor system and universal mail-ballot regime are now under direct federal pressure.

As a consequence, the Democrats could potentially lose 2–5 seats in the U.S. House of Representatives relative to pre-enforcement expectations -- enough to offset some of Prop 50’s Democratic gains and improve the GOP’s odds of holding or expanding its House majority. In several competitive Central Valley and Southern California districts, a few hundred to a couple thousand votes can often decide the outcome of an election.

Democrats are panicking because their structural edge in California depends on minimal verification and high-volume mail voting. Statewide notices put every registrar on formal notice of legal risk and threaten the margins that Prop 50 was manufactured to protect.

With Election Day less than two weeks away, the Trump DOJ is successfully forcing California to follow federal law -- and the political consequences stand to have national implications.
