@westfieldlondon pretty shocking customer service. Turn up at 17.02 to ask for a wheelchair for my disabled father in law and told they don’t give them out after 1700. Poor show and terrible way to treat old people!!!

@LDNLutonAirport over an hour long queue for security. Lots of non working lanes, you are setting records for all the wrong reasons. Clearly passenger efficiency is not a priority for this airport. Whoever is the boss he should consider his/her/their position.

@POferries absolutely shocking way these guys treat their passengers, 45 months wait to get off the boat. Staff that couldnt careless…avoid at all costs, plenty of other ferry companies like Irish ferries and dfds
