@robot_or_not great follow up episode. If you cut a hole in the side of a straw, it now has 3 holes. If you fold the straw’s end over (or seal one hole), it still has one hole… Straw has 2 holes makes perfect sense!

@Telstra Then they say they will do something, follow it up, resolve it. But literally nothing happens. Then, (like my recent experience) I have to start the whole process again 6 weeks later…
@Telstra It’s not about wait times, it’s the whole experience.
You have to constantly sit on the message app, otherwise the issue is passed on to another support person. Then they do not read the conversation and you have to repeat everything. It can take a whole day to resolve something!
@Qantas is second place with their 2, 3, 4 or even 6 hour wait times on support calls. But at least you get to speak with someone - if you have the stamina to hold! #qantas
