We keep hearing that old line: when someone shows you who they are, believe them. So what exactly are MAGA voters waiting for? A neon sign? A marching band? A Fox News chyron in all caps? Because the evidence is already sitting right in front of them, screaming.

Their party has become a landfill of abusers, racists, frauds, creeps, and cowardly little power addicts who think cruelty is a personality. And yes, that includes Ohio Republican Rep. Max Miller, whose newly released court and police records allege he threw boiling hot water on his wife, put a gun to her head, and may have broken his 2-year-old daughter’s collarbone. The child reportedly told her mother, “Daddy’s house is scary.”

Read that again. Slowly. That is not “family values.” That is not “law and order.” That is not “protecting children.” That is violence, intimidation, and rot dressed up in a flag pin and a smug little grin.

And the sickest part is how normal all of this has been allowed to become. MAGA doesn’t just excuse this stuff — it builds a culture around it. It rewards men who degrade women, bully children, lie without shame, and treat other human beings like targets. Then it has the audacity to call everyone else “evil.”

So no, this is not some “one bad apple” situation. This is the orchard. This is the crop. This is what they chose. And if they’re still willing to defend it, then they’re not confused — they’re complicit.
