Put an accountability board on every civic project.

Every road, flyover, drainage, pipeline, smart city, or digging project should publicly display:
•Budget
•Start date
•Completion deadline
•Contractor
•All agencies involved
•Responsible officers

No more anonymous chaos.
No more endless digging.
No more passing the blame.

If citizens are paying, citizens have a right to know:

Who is responsible. By when. For how much.

This should be mandatory across Pune.
