WHY WHY would you need 2 (TWO!!) Zepbound PA denials + appeal denial after already completing required Wegovy PA that ended w/ insurance block at the mail order you own due to med back order. To CONSIDER using Zepbound I need to submit the SAME exact PA and appeal!? @CVSHealth

Members of the Delaware Society of Health-System Pharmacists were on hand Thursday as Gov. Carney signed Senate Bill 165 into law. SB 165 will permit Delaware pharmacists to establish collaborative practice agreements with physicians and other practitioners. With the enactment of SB 165, all 50 states now recognize collaborative pharmacy practice.

The mail order requirement is ludicrous. Patient on insulin has been out 2 weeks because community pharmacy could not fill due to insurance requiring maintenance med thru mail order. Pt was confused, notified us a week later, and it takes 5-7 business days to ship to patient.
