So disappointed in @ucu - sending out a long inaccessible transcript, not summarising, then giving a muddled conflated voting option. It's a complete farce. Not to mention the supposed "wins". I thought you were supposed to be on our side? 🤯

@ucu The communication is atrocious - it's not at all accessible or understandable. The vote options are also very unclear and leading. It's not much of a democratic process when you don't present information clearly and objectively plus offer conflated and unclear voting options!!

Really awful experience with @FSuperstoreUK Delivery not completed on four separate days. Now having to take off day number 5 but not holding out much hope. Never again.
