ACCOUNT UNDER REVIEW — WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS STILL NOT RESOLVED by. @Betway_za

I am extremely disappointed with the way my account review and withdrawal issue are being handled.

My account was placed under review on Thursday, 24 September 2026. I was asked to provide documentation and comply with the verification requirements, which I did. I was also informed that the review would have a 48-hour turnaround time.

That timeframe has now passed, yet I have received no meaningful update and I still cannot access my funds.

I have also made several attempts to withdraw my money:

• R3,200 — withdrawal was refunded back to my account.
• R3,100 — withdrawal was refunded again.
• R3,000 — withdrawal has now been submitted and is still pending with no resolution or clear explanation.

I have sent emails and contacted support several times, but I am repeatedly told that there is a high volume of queries. I understand that support may be busy, but that does not explain why my matter has gone beyond the stated 48-hour turnaround after I have already provided everything requested.

At this stage, I am simply asking for transparency and access to my funds.

I am requesting: @Betway_za to provide

A clear explanation of why my account is still under review.
An update on the status of my verification.
An explanation for the previous refunded withdrawals.
A clear timeframe for resolving the pending R3,000 withdrawal.
Restoration of my withdrawal access once all verification requirements have been satisfied.

I have cooperated fully and submitted the requested documentation. I believe I deserve a proper explanation and a clear resolution rather than repeatedly being told that there is a high volume of queries.

Please assist..🙏🏾
