@bballbreakdown@ThatmanBa@MrGloveman Watching this again, and given the timing of the whistle, I’m not sure the call wasn’t for the two handed push in the chest after Shai had stood up
@ethicalauditing@AFCA_Forests@CeoForests@RWoodAustralia @VicForestsComms @VicForestsPR@PEFC@fsc_anz@FSC_IC@jasanz_ The results re operational planning look hugely flawed - there is no evidence that VF’s broad-scale non-compliance with the requirement to identify biodiversity values (upheld in multiple court cases) has been considered by the auditors, and would likely affect 100% of coupes
VicForests caught red-handed once again. We worked w/ @WOTCHinc to expose illegal logging of Tree Geebung in areas meant to be protected, during 'regeneration' works. More proof VicForests can't be trusted & must be wound up ASAP.

This dispels any doubts about VicForests' intentions over the next 6 months until the end of native forest logging in Victoria's east – approval of 184 new forest areas for logging on Friday... scorched earth https://t.co/9re2uipYGQ @WOTCHinc@KinglakeForest
Thanks @the_shb, Kirli Saunders, Pi.O & Jocelyn Richardson, for participating in the @ArtsUnimelb Peter Steele poetry event at Melbourne Writers Festival yesterday, & all who attended. More poetry at writers festivals please!
Invite poets to guest-curate if you’re not sure how.
Breaking: Locals have blockaded and stopped the logging and carnage of our precious Bulga Forest part of the Great Dividing Range. The NSW Government is trashing this forest. This forest and the forest animals have not yet recovered from fires.#nswpol#endnativeforestlogging
#HawthornFC the inquiry into serious allegations against Clarkson and Fagan will, in part, be wealthy white witnesses against First Nations witnesses. A test of the ability to avoid the systemic racism of the legal system @HawthornFC@AFL
I met with Chris from @alliance_forest to discuss native forest logging.
Logging native forests increases the risk of severe bushfires, endangers wildlife & will cost our economy $192 million by 2030.
We must follow the science & end native forest logging. #SpringSt#Sophie4Kew
The nasty realities of native forest logging for all to see in Northcote.
Both Labor and Liberal plan to log forests on Melbourne’s doorstep for another 8 years.

@AnneThorpe20@LilyDAmbrosioMP@WOTCHinc It’s only a matter of time before @ConservationReg gives an exemption to put a logging road through the LbP special protection zones. They have given 16 such exemptions in the past 2 years.
@AnneThorpe20@LilyDAmbrosioMP@WOTCHinc The coupes not only abut the Tanglefoot Track, but also a LbP reserve. If logged, LbP populations found near Sylvia Creek Rd will be cut off from the reserve. Not to mention harming other wildlife like Greater Gliders & the wonderful walk that’d be degraded for future generations
