Patient with mid portion achilles tendinopathy, 1 year duration. Refusing further rehab and shock wave. USS confirms diagnosis and no tear. He wants CSI? @DrJN_SportsMed @MRheumy, some of the most recent evidence suggests this is viable? Thoughts?
