My lovely (poor) Mum broke her ankle last weekend whilst helping out in my garden. I drove her back to Scotland on Tuesday. I missed @LornaBlackwood and I’s anniversary - BUT I got to go and hang out where I was brought up. Stonechat, Sanderling, Turnstone and Sedge Warbler.

@BTO_GBW I had 2 Mistle thrush in my garden wild pond but, by the time I got my camera out, the second one had left. I’m still very happy as this was taken 2 days after the pond was filled. As that to the fact that I live in SW London I feel very lucky.
