1/3 Have to commend @LakelandUK on their customer service. Next day delivery product arrived with a damaged part. Got through to customer service line with no queue and they checked with supplier and rang me straight back to arrange urgent delivery of broken part.
2/3 In contrast, ordered the same product from @dobbies two weeks ago, nowhere to be seen, the customer service lines take over an hour to get through. They don't reply to e-mails. They make false promises and on top of that charged me twice for the item that hasn't turned up.
@dobbies@dobbies Trying your customer service lines again and now closed until Monday for essential maintenance. Somebody needs to contact me as you've now stolen £600 from me by charging me twice for an item that hasn't even turned up. I can't DM you as you haven't followed me.
@dobbies this is terrible customer service. Ordered something which hasn't turned up, can't get through to your phone lines even after waiting an hour, you won't reply to emails and to make things worse you've now charged me TWICE for the item that hasn't arrived.
@OfficialRandL can you confirm if @TwoFeetMusic is playing Leeds still? He was on the poster but not on the app, now it's showing him with the same slot as @Bleached?
