I’ve no interest in ‘overtaking the SNP’. Liberation Scotland is not a political party and is not working through that mechanism. We do not need 60% support to demand and get the right to end an unlawful annexation, which right only requires international recognition to ensure that a democratic expression of the Scottish will to reclaim our sovereignty (simple majority), ensures we can do exactly that and Westminster can whistle down the wind. See, independence is nothing more than the recognition of other states that you are sovereign and entities to enter treaties, agreements etc. Until now, Westminster has blocked that option with the lie that Scotland is a (treaty based) partner in a lawful union. We are both demolishing the lie and pursuing recognition of the right to reclaim our sovereignty.

Scotland’s path to clarity has finally becoming visible.

When Scotland restores its sovereignty, it isn’t “leaving” anything it is recognising a constitutional truth that existed long before the Union.

Restoration is not a referendum, not a demographic vote, and not something Westminster can define.

It is a constitutional act carried out by Scotland’s own civic body.

That’s where the Scottish Constitutional Convention comes in.
The SCC will speak for the sovereign people of Scotland, declare our constitutional status, and notify both the UK and the United Nations.
Only after sovereignty is restored does Scotland choose its future direction. (Independence or not)

And that choice is where a vote happens but it is a Scottish constitutional vote, not a UK framed referendum.

The SCC will define who the “sovereign people of Scotland” are for that decision, based on constitutional nationality, not Westminster residency rules.

UN observers will be present to ensure the vote is fair, transparent, and free from interference.

They don’t decide the rules they simply verify that Scotland’s decision reflects the will of its sovereign people.

This is how nations reclaim clarity.
This is how Scotland will decide its future.
Calmly, lawfully, and in full view of the world.
