In the City of (Broken) Dreams, it’s not about how you flatline. What matters most is the impact you make with the time you’re given.
So how will you seize the new opportunities awaiting you in Night City?
Thought you were done with Night City? Well, Night City isn't quite done with you.
Patch notes for Cyberpunk 2077’s Edgerunners 2 Update (2.5) are now available for you to ready up and review before going live on the streets tomorrow.

Manchester City players and supporters celebrating like they are the victims of some great miscarriage of justice instead of the instigators of one of the greatest scandals in world sport is genuinely nuts.
How long is the stench of the “sham” going to corrode the meaning, worth, and very essence of the Premier League?
Listening to commentary about Manchester City’s players matching the defiance of their ownership and triumphing in adversity.
Listening to fans chorusing the names of the men running the club, wearing masks or displaying banners of their faces and jibing: “We’re Man City, we’ll cheat when we want.”
Victory being framed as “a lovely moment,” a show of togetherness as though some grave injustice has been imposed on City, rather than their hierarchy being found by an independent commission to have orchestrated financial doping on an industrial scale.
Their opponents and the rest of us wondering if any of this actually matters now and how much of it ever did?
There can be no business as usual pretence. We need a full stop to the absurdity.
When you see Erling Haaland scoring and the City fans celebrating as if the club has been persecuted and not been found to be the biggest cheats in football history, you understand why everything that now happens - a continued product of the cheating - badly stains the league
🚨Howard Webb, the Premier League’s CHIEF REFEREE, on why Michael Oliver didn’t send off Manchester City’s Mateo Kovačić vs. Arsenal:
“He doesn't want to have a negative impact on the game by overreacting."
Absolute BIBLICAL roars from the crowd as Lewis overtook Isack. Martin was blown away how they could hear it in the commentary box, this was seriously something. What a crowd 🔥🔥🔥
Got the combat settings figured out for #Witcher3Remastered.
Combat Style: Standard
Movement Response: Alternative
This allows for good dodging and proper attack angles.
And for the Potions / #Euphoria folks out there like me, you can still run 3 decoctions.
I also think High Tolerance is worth slotting.
High Tolerance replaces Heightened Tolerance. It basically gives you a damage bonus based on your toxicity when you're over 80%, though you take 150% damage from enemies. If you're combat settings are tweaked to your liking, you can dodge just fine, so getting hit isn't an issue, which then allows you to run Water Hag decoction for 50% more damage bonus.
You might think you're going to miss additional overdose threshold, but you are not.
The component that makes all of this work is the Troll Decoction. It will keep you healed even as you exceed toxicity. On Death March, with Troll active, you don't need to worry about food or Gourmand.
I'm on Death March running Troll decoction and Water Hag decoction as the two mainstays. Cockatrice is usually my third (because Efficiency + Cockatrice gives me 7 Northern Wind bombs between meditations). I'll rotate other decoctions into that 3rd slot, however, as the situation warrants.
High Tolerance is a damage bonus percentage of your overall toxicity. At 3rd level it's 100%. So if your toxicity is 200 (the flat value, not the percentage reported in the inventory) then you're getting 200 extra damage.
The key thing, though, is that you can still run 3 decoctions, which is what potion builds were worried about (I saw a lot of complaints on Reddit).
Nothing is ever going to be as OP as v3 Euphoria. But I feel like this build is as good as the one I ran in v4.
Review: The Witcher 3 Remastered is a massive overhaul to an all time classic RPG - but I have some thoughts.
▫️ Remaster looks sharper, with much higher quality assets across the board
▫️ Ray tracing has been massively improved. Bounce lighting is way better, water reflections finally look amazing, and the shadows are sharper and more accurate
▫️ I do think the lighting needs another pass in a few key areas like Kaer Morhen
▫️ The original has more contrast while the remaster has an overall brighter look (which some may prefer)
▫️ While the remaster is probably more 'accurate' overall, it does lose some of that stylized look from the original
▫️ Performance is definitely much heavier, especially with ray tracing
▫️ The dynamic camera during combat is a big improvement
▫️ Dodging feels smoother and animations are a lot snappier and more responsive
▫️ Meditation is a lot better, it happens in realtime so you can cancel it exactly at the right moment
▫️ Roach handles better and doesn't get stuck on objects quite as much
▫️ Skill tree system has been overhauled
▫️ Transmog has been added (unlocked at Skellige)
▫️ Photo Mode has been greatly improved
▫️ Movement feels better and more responsive
There are a lot more changes, but overall it's a nice improvement to an already amazing game. Nothing groundbreaking but some pretty good changes for a free update!
The visuals are absolutely stunning in places like Skellige and Toussaint. And it does look much sharper and higher resolution overall. But the lighting needs a few more tweaks in the areas I mentioned to retain the look and feel of the original. It certainly doesn't look bad, just not quite as punchy.
Overall, I really enjoyed my time with it and was immediately hooked back into the world of The Witcher. Can't wait for Songs of the Past next year, and of course, The Witcher IV!
Final Score: 9.5/10
