Every week in Elizabeth CO - @shaunboyte@codyboyte Too many memories of lightening and storms coming while we held metal bats next to metal backstops!! Too much fun!
It was a great day with the staff at Lockport Township HS earlier this week! They are making some changes to their structure this next year and instead of jumping RIGHT INTO work they took time to build trust and connections. Have change coming to your team? Let's chat!
@MrsHankinsClass So fun! I love the game and celebrate every parent who gets to continue watching their kid play ball! The best way to spend your kids inheritance :) Follow them every chance you get!
We need teachers—now more than ever. It’s the tiny moments that remind them they matter: a smile, a word, being seen. But those moments are hard to sustain without support. Let's help your team build rhythms that last! https://t.co/2ZvbDuWi6i

More than half of educators are burned out.
Nearly half leave within 5 years.
It’s not a care problem... it’s a culture problem.
Low trust → people leave.
High trust → people stay & students thrive.
Let's partner to keep your great people: https://t.co/2ZvbDuVKgK

High IQ play.
Winning run was on 3rd base in extra innings. Fly ball certainly deep enough to win the game. Drew Gilbert catches the ball as low as he possibly can in hopes of getting the runner to leave the base early.
Didn’t work. But worth a shot.
Drew Maggi made his major league debut at 33 after grinding through 13 years, 1,155 minor league games, and 4,494 plate appearances. His parents were tearing up in the stands watching it happen.
Nothing on this planet can take the place of determination. Best thing you’ll see today
When the work feels heavy… your people feel it too.

@OTFItsJustUs@CoachDavidKlein At this age (prior to 8-10), they should b playing in the sand box or with their friends in the park. If parents want to start young - play catch with them, do soft toss with them, sit and watch an inning or 2 of a 10-12 yr old game and talk bb. Put the love of the game in them.
@ShawnScrape@CoachDavidKlein Who knows enough about pitching to teach these kids to pitch? I watch 9/10 yr olds every week walk or hit four or five kids every inning simply because they have no idea how to pitch.
