@itsCoryOnX If you program off of movement patterns instead of specific exercises, winging it can still work.
Fundamentals don’t change with equipment.
*Im currently winging it after a few weeks off
@DonPomerleau@CoachFHM They both work fantastically well. Would rather have some do 3x full or T/U/L over straight PPL even though that’ll still get results.
Essentially anything that’s not a bro split is gonna maximize both your time and results.
@mchally@danielkelly200 For high intensity anaerobic work carbs are better.
Low intensity you can still hate carbs, I get it.
I thought we weren’t using AI for this.
@mchally@danielkelly200 I agree with you though, daily life does not require the amount carbs most people eat. Your way works, I get it.
It’s still not enough to adequately fuel the body for anything above baseline physical activity.
There’s a reason your sweat smells different when you don’t eat.
@mchally@danielkelly200 You mean the fallback for your starved body to keep your brain and red blood cells functioning?
It burns muscle as fuel if no protein or carbs are present and isn’t meant to sustain your skeletal muscles.
Brilliant source of energy for performance.
@DorianB112 Everyone thinks they need to be a body builder instead of just accepting that Gen pop can thrive on 2-4 days per week of lifting.
Hell, most athletes only need 3-4 days per week.
@saxzy__ Posterior lower, anterior upper, cardio/mobility, anterior lower, posterior upper
Keep the hard days spread out. Let the things rest. DL is the most taxing lift for your CNS to recover from.
@Whiskeytagofox Effective for what?
Overall Quad development catches a speed boost with volume work on isolation exercises…
Back squats gonna make you stronger overall
@DonPomerleau Turned my friend on to this a few months ago.
Asked him I could snag one the other day and he pulls out the 30mg horse pills he’s been taking.
Prob should’ve gone over dosing the first time.
@bodybyzedd@saxzy__ Agreed. Just haven’t been fortunate enough to be at a gym with a seal row in it.
You do miss the dead stop pull you’d get from the Seal with the Tbar tho
Things that build more muscle than any supplement ever will:
Sleep.
Consistency.
Eating enough protein.
Progressive overload.
Actually finishing the program you started.
None of them come in a tub. All of them are free.
