@JetBlue so I had a flight to Costa Rica at 11:30 AM this morning from Orlando. It’s 5:03 PM. They just gave me my bags back and they say that they’re going to pay for my hotel tonight yet when you use it on the app, it crashes both me and my buddy had the same thing happen!

@JetBlue Apparently for us to get the hotel reimbursement, we have to book at the JetBlue counter, which was well over an hour and a half wait after waiting for nine hours that’s not acceptable. Somebody needs to call me immediately.
