@Heritttage Never spend tomorrow’s harvest with today’s mouth.
Until something enters your hand, be careful who you promise it to because some people’s spirits hold promises as serious debts.
So be careful what your mouth makes your future owe.
Someone who loves you will give to you and keep giving, because the only proof of love is giving. It is good for your own heart when you give to the one you love.
If they are not always giving to you and making you feel special, they do not love you. It is that simple.
When someone makes a decision, he is really diving into a strong current that will carry him to places he had never dreamed of when he first made the decision.
Never underestimate the power of appreciation.
When someone helps you, let them know you’re grateful.
Showing gratitude doesn’t make you weak. It makes people remember you as someone worth helping again, and it can open more doors for you going forward.
Lol he’s not wrong. Even when I was making money selling shoes, I knew I wanted more.
I had to go through the painful process of quitting what was paying my bills at the time to pursue something bigger.
It was a risky gamble and it could have failed. But if you don’t take risks, you remove every possibility of winning.
Ayo mi. 🙌🏾
Imbro mi, omo Balogun.
Nobody born of a woman fit put your name and "I'm not feeling his vibe" in the same sentence.
Jaiye lo jor. Ijaya. Small body, big engine. 🦅 ❤
Sometimes being busy in five directions isn’t ambition, It’s noise. Pick one thing, Go deep and Finish it.
Then watch the chaos disappear faster than you’d expect. Discipline doesn’t entirely remove problems, it stops you from creating them.
Your phone is spying on you.
Your laptops are spying on you.
Your onion websites, freesites, tor technology powered platforms & the darkweb were all originally US military intelligence projects.
Again, the person looking for you doesn't have your time yet. Nothing is private.
This is a limiting mindset.
If you apply this mindset to your self development and financial literacy journey, growth is evitable.
That reality, I have replicated across two climes.
These pictures you see here, are pictures I took when I exited my Ikota, Ajah one room apartment.
When I got into that apartment, I had barely 50K to my name. I was working a 70K job situated in V.I.
In that apartment, I got a Google Scholarship.
In that apartment, I became a cloud engineer.
In that apartment, I became a DevOps engineer.
In that apartment, I landed my first 6 fig role,
In that apartment, I landed my first contract remote role with BOA as Azure DevOps,
In that apartment, I made my first 7 fig.
Did I leave? No.
I didn't leave, in 2 years of increased consistent earnings.
I stacked coins, called them children - started taking classes in stocks, investing and crypto. Slowly made those children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Then I used the greatgrandchildren, to move to a full furnished selfdetached duplex and funded my exit from Nigeria.
Since I moved abroad, I have repeatedly executed on that fundamental template of "living below your means" and delayed gratification.
Please don't tell me about responsibilities - I have 3 siblings and a mother I've catered to, since I was 15.
Financial literacy is a skill AND it is DEFINITELY different from being miserly.
