@CollinRugg This happened to me on a much smaller scale. The IRS (incorrectly) amended my return, saying I owed considerably less than I did. They direct deposited a refund so I had the money. After several meetings, we got the issue resolved, but.....

@HyVee - When I clip a digital coupon, why would I then have to "Add it to my cart" when Im shopping in-store. I clip the coupon and shouldn't it apply?Customer service suggested otherwise, said she could return everything and check me out again. Not worth my time at that point.

When its maintained within the frame of the body, the hands don't reach and it doesnt impedes a defender, it seldom gets called. But when the defender turns and the offensive player fails to release it, it usually does.

Holding is expressly addressed in 3.b, yet you rely on some undefined interpretation of illegal to determine legality.

Grabbing the jersey is not possible if the hands are closed or cupped away from the defender. Not legal is illegal.

Inside the frame or not, when the defensive player turns to engage the ball carrier, it is incumbent on the blocker to release. That's how it's called behind the LOS; it's also applicable downfield. Vandy got away with one.
