@BBCBreaking Why is Labour emulating the Tories? Backstabbing, scrabbling behind one candidate for PM in the snivelling promise of a cabinet post. Not my Labour.
@AngelaRayner I championed you when so many were putting you down. Starmer stood up for you and was stabbed in the back. I’m done with Labour now, you’re no better than the others
@AndyBurnhamGM You and the backbenchers revolt for your own gain has caused this resignation and I can’t blame him for getting out. I hope you face the same lack of support. As of today I’m no longer a lifelong Labour supporter and I’m not on my own.
@RealTimVine Exactly! I had read absolutely no reason for this apart from the egos of people who will do an awful job. If he goes so does my lifelong support for Labour
@KateRobbins@Eurovision@BBCNews 💯 agree! I’ve been saying this for ages, we should have a say in what represents us. The rubbish they’ve rolled out for a number of years fully justifies last place.
@AngelaRayner I have always been a supporter of yours throughout all of this but I withdraw that support now due to the way you and some of your cronies are destabilising government and undermining the best PM we’ve had in decades when we need him most.
You shame politics @CatherineWest1 . You are an attention seeking disgrace. Starmer was elected to lead this country for 5 years, but you want to return to the behaviour of the Tories over 14years. The Labour leadership need to kick you out of the party #BootOutCatherineWest
@BBCPolitics Now is certainly not the time for this, let him do his job. He’s been stability in a world on the brink and in house fighting is more about them than him.
@Keir_Starmer It would help if all of the media, BBC included wasn’t so biased. They seem to have forgotten the atrocities the Tories carried out over 14 years.
