@wyahaw For me, a strong 'concept' often gets in the way of flavour, so I avoid this style, but interestingly I really enjoyed Noor. Perhaps this was helped because it's a concept I'm interested and invested in.

@parkersarms@EaterWriter@MeatOneVegBlog The bread based pintxos are normally on the bar, but some places have a separate menu of (breadless) 'caliente' dishes cooked to order. I can't think that you would have missed that though Stosie. It is always a bit of a scrum though 🙃
