@scottagunn @RevGrey Hilarious to think that anyone who is interested in going to General Convention could help me in matters of taste. I'll be eating tacos with @kmaustinyoung
@Becky_Zartman @kmaustinyoung @EllieGSing @RevGrey @sarahdigitally Ok I tried scrolling through the larger thread and there were tweets I wasn't allowed to see because they have a "limited audience", so I think I'm probably not supposed to be here.
@Becky_Zartman @kmaustinyoung @EllieGSing @RevGrey @sarahdigitally Are parishioners barred from Twitter? That must be why so many of our colleagues love it: they dream of an Episcopal Church unencumbered by parishioners!
@Becky_Zartman @kmaustinyoung @EllieGSing @RevGrey @sarahdigitally I don't, um, believe you. Every time I talk to a clergy person about their experience of twitter it sounds like a nightmare of posturing and misunderstanding.
@Becky_Zartman @kmaustinyoung @EllieGSing @RevGrey @sarahdigitally Exactly. Also, I'm now on twitter again. Are you people trying to make that a thing? Me on twitter isn't a thing.
@Becky_Zartman @RevGrey @EllieGSing @sarahdigitally @tstewartlucas Did you call me a twitter person? Thats the meanest thing anyone has ever called me. ๐ Reading this thread is the longest I've ever been on Twitter.
If you represent a product, and you say something political, and people stop buying your product, that's not censorship or communism or fascism - it's the free market. It's the literal way the market system functions.
