@BritishStuntReg Thankyou to our special guests at Brighton @EquityUK@EquityBandSx meeting today!
Stunt performers David Guillan-Browne, Jessica Hooker and James Cox (and Cookie) gave a brilliant talk on their work and experiences in a high octane profession.
@RishiSunak Remove this - you have used it without his permission. He has said he has not given his permission. Yet it's still there. Conservatives will steal your content.
Tried whittling it down with a sharp penknife on a chopping board ... Nope. Might just as well have used a butter knife.
Although product itself is lovely, the hard plastic barrel it's presented in appears to be made of Kevlar.
Not fit for purpose - back to @BootsUK for refund.
@rimmellondon 𧡠epic fail ... Loved this Scandal'Eyes bronze pencil eyeliner; soft, smudgy, waterproof... til I tried to sharpen it.
Tried a proper makeup pencil sharpener ... Nope. Broke the surviving bit of pencil off.
Tried a regular pencil sharpener ... Nope. Zero effect.
@SimonePereiraHi Dear casting directors, please give reasonable notice for your self tape requests so actors can prepare properly. And please request a reasonable number of tapes that you can realistically watch!

π§΅M&S Brighton today:
There's a queue in the ladies dressing room.
Two work men walk straight in, talking.
One takes a pass key, unlocks and opens one of the changing room doors.
Without knocking.
π
@marksandspencer Awaiting an update on this - what were the actions taken, the staff's explanation, and procedures put in place to ensure this does not happen again, putting women in unsafe situations in @marksandspencer changing rooms?
@andyserkis
Have you seen what they've done to The Hunt For Gollum?
This is so sad.
So much work and care and love, and the film was there for 15 years.
Yesterday it was stamped on.
Careless and thoughtless at best.
But it could have been very much worse.
Marks and Spencer - please educate your staff better in empathy, kindness, care and politeness.
The undressed woman inside is understandably shocked, judging by the sound she made.
I try telling him 'you've frightened her -'
He talks over me 'those changing rooms are supposed to be locked off'
Her from behind her relocked door 'the assistant showed me in here!'
π
@mobinfiltrator It's the teacher's job to teach her that, especially if she didn't realise it could affect how others see her. To be focussing on the children, and not to be broadcasting on X!

Swear words are considered offensive, vulgar, or impolite in certain contexts or cultures.
"What the hell?" is a mild form of swearing when angry, frustrated - some find it impolite, especially if they're religious. I was once told 'that's blasphemy π§' when I said 'OMG!'
