@BeeNetwork can I suggest that there is a warning on trams for people to sturdy themselves before the tram moves? Just had a horrible shock when a man with a cane fall completely over and hurt himself because he hadn’t had a chance to sit down before the tram moved.

@northernassist Aloha, can you pls explain this? Does it just mean if your phone died before you bought a ticket? So if you buy a ticket on your phone and it dies, can you show it at a later time to excuse the fine?
