Basically - “this was good, that wasn’t good, amazing body language, too much instruction”. If it’s a tool to improve - good coaches would sign up

I think (me included!!!!) there would be some shocking moments where coaches can’t believe they “said this” or “did that” etc. Having done it in the past - it was valuable and eye opening at the same time. 👍🤦‍♂️
