Realistically this extends Pre-K and 3-K to also include 2-K. The money was already (mostly) budgeted from 2014 - 2022 and can be expanded. It’s a good idea to invest in early childhood education (God knows we need it). It’s not like the MN videos that operate at night for some reason..
