World rugby allows a crooked feed in the scrum… speeds up the game… quick restart… referees decide to penalise multiple small infringements… it’s just inconsistent… again biased..

I know I am biased… but World Rugby invents a 20 minute red card so we get proper 15 on 15 contests … and referees keep giving yellow cards for technical infringements … kills the spectacle…
