I appreciate that nobody can foresee a delivery lorry breaking down, but we are disappointed not to get our new TV today. The earliest date I could arrange for redelivery is next Monday, but now it seems that isn’t even confirmed.
@LloydsBank Your mobile app (on Android) won’t let me dispute a payment for an item I have not received. When I select No to answer whether it’s about a holiday or flight, the app just shows a spinning circle as if it’s waiting for something, but just gets stuck.
@BBCSouthNews I'm now getting BBC South East news instead of BBC South on my Freesat box. I haven't changed any settings and live in Dorset. My postcode is correctly set. I can't even find it in the other regional channels.
Top tip: if your Android phone is laggy, delete the Facebook and Messenger apps. Worked a treat for me. My phone was getting very slow to update the homescreen and now it's as quick as anything.
