@FGVWinfo Hi. I take it you know about this tipping?
I actually heard them dumping it from my flat. I couldn't see anything, but I heard it being dumped. It happened at 01.25 a.m on Tuesday 19th. I then heard the car/van speed off towards Harrogate Road.

@rippertrail Yes I can imagine they won't be keen on people interested in it's past history. I run the Secret Leeds group. I cover forgotten places, air raid shelters, tunnels, and dark history. But I've always been wary about doing anything Ripper. Some people think it's in bad taste e.t.c
@rippertrail I'm on your facebook page b.t.w. I posted the Huddersfield maps the the day. If you need any of these maps or photos unmarked, then just drop me a message.
@rippertrail Good work.. You have it spot on.. I actually knocked a few of these comparison photos up a few years ago. I was going to send them to you if you hadn't already done them.
@rippertrail You seem to be very clued up with your research, but have you got the exact spot for the Irene Richardson murder? You can match it exactly with the trees today. And have you done anything about Melbourne Avenue?
@rippertrail Yes of course it was, but the street layout was just the same when Sutcliffe struck. The buildings quickly deteriorated too as you say. All in all it was a pretty grim place at then end.
@rippertrail This is a good photo. It shows Sutcliffe was pretty cocky. This view with the more modern Holligworth's building shows it wasn't quite as derelict and hid away as the body find photo suggests.
@rippertrail This 1951 map is the last available map showing what the buildings were last used for if it helps you with your research. The longest building was number 38 Enfield Terrace a Mineral Waterworks. The building at the end of the yard was number 2 Grant Street a Brush Works.
@rippertrail Thanks. Ever since I saw that grim photo I wanted to track it down to where it was in the Leeds we know today. It looked just like a Whitechapel murder location really. The brick wall at the end of the murder building must have been built when the warehouse was built.
