@DrNeilStone Yes, I think the work put in to conference posters doesn’t match the reward and often doesn’t feel worth while. Would suggest should be replace with some sort of e-poster alternative.

@DrNeilStone We did this on an allo patient recently but had difficulty getting the result back in a useful timeframe.

As we have had a few disseminated toxo cases post allo, we now just try and get high risk patients on TMP-SMX prophylaxis earlier accepting the myelosuppression risk.
