As a scleroderma warrior, I refuse to let this disease get the best of me. I found out after taking years of omeprazole that I was killing good gut bacteria. If I stop I can get Barrett’s esophagus. I don’t do well w/ultimatums so I am becoming proactive in my journey.

@Joeinblack I miss both my parents but their birthdays and Mother’s Day and Father’s Day usually hits the hardest. Mom is buried back in the Philippines so that is not even an option, but I do try to visit dad when I’m in Michigan.

@Sassafrass_84 I feel this in my bones. Just brought my oldest home from college. Always worry about her. I ask her to keep her phone charged and just text me when she is home safe. She complies 90% of the time. Sending our second off to college in August. It certainly doesn’t get any easier.

@BadgedPatriot It’s normal in AZ to go 10 over the speed limit although people blow past me like I’m standing still. If you don’t go at least 10 over here ppl will take pics of your car and post on social media shaming you or tailgate you.

@BuckSexton We just saw Send Help. Definitely not what I thought it was going to be. It had gotten increasingly insufferable. Some funny lines but overall stupid. Definitely not my cup of tea.
