Good morning.
I am currently at Palma Airport having just had a most distressing experience returning my rental car.
The orange box is missing apparently. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff.
"Just email customer services"
Almost seemed like a scam!

It was clearly not there when the previous renter returned the car.
