@elonmusk Or…. Maybe it was just your proposed plans that made people want to not be part of this? It’s free market, and people don’t like the beef you’re selling.
@elonmusk You should make advertising your primary source of revenue and clean up/moderate it so people want to advertise and spend time on Twitter. Making people pay to use Twitter even if it’s only blue checks will drive everyone away.
@ChidobeAwuzie your Frost elementary school teachers are excited for you, and they are all rooting for you to win at the SuperBowl! My wife is one of them!
@KariByron I don’t see how this would be cost effective…. Nor would it be easy to charge all of the goggles for an entire herd of cows. I’m guessing the experiment has a sample size of one.
He stands up for the dignity of himself (and by extension the beings of the universe) and refuses to give in to the absurdity of it all. Cap is the Absurd hero at that moment.
Then it gets ruined by a bunch of portals.
Its recently occurred to me that the scene of Cap fighting Thanos in Avengers:Endgame is a perfect expression of Camus' Absurd hero and the meaning of life.
Cap is going to lose, but he stands up, tightens the straps of his broken shield and is ready for another round.
Camus says that we can't win against the Absurd, but it is the act of rebelling against the absurd that gives us meaning. Cap could just call it quits, and let Thanos win, but he doesn't.
