@charliekeegan @nomadicbolton He could finish mid table with Lincoln, he could also finish bottom 3. Any team with a bottom 3 wage bill can’t rule relegation out as a possibility. There are risks of sticking or twisting. Also can’t discount the attraction of a job with higher wages.

@jm_bell95 The calculation for him however is what if he doesn’t keep them up. There is no guarantees with Lincoln’s likely wage bill. Fail at Bristol City he will likely still get a top league one team who will pay more than Lincoln, succeed and he has a chance to get to the EPL

@JimA1889 @secondtierpod Hull manager would be my choice as well. At same time I find a transfer embargo where you can still sign free transfers a but strange. Due to wages some free transfers cost more than some deals with a fee involved
