@SEPTA_Bus@SEPTA come on. The 33 bus south bound stopping at 19th and Hamilton is 20 minutes late, when it keeps saying 2 minutes on the app. A bus shows then says no. Come on septa. Get a fucking bus here. Let’s stop slacking off.
@SEPTA_Bus@SEPTA@SEPTA_SOCIAL just pointing out how the entire week except Wednesday, bus 33 going north bound around the 5:00 time has had cancellations and no alerts. I take it we’re just supposed to deal with it and you guys are not going to work on this at all
@SEPTA_Bus@SEPTA@SEPTA_SOCIAL I literally just did a survey yesterday about how septa doesn’t tell u when a bus gets cancelled, delayed, or no show. Funny enough, bus 33 northbound from 9th & market at 5:14 just did exactly that
@SEPTA_SOCIAL@SEPTA_Bus@SEPTA It’s more unfortunate how easy it is to respond on Twitter and how septa refused to do so on this, the septa app, and website, when it’s takes a few seconds to type out that 2 buses are cancelled. We waited a 1/2 hour because of this.

@SEPTA_SOCIAL@SEPTAPHILLY@SEPTA_Bus I use the septa app, website, and Twitter. On your website we click on the bus we want and it says a time. It should say cancelled. Instead it went up 1 minute it didn’t show.
@SEPTA_SOCIAL@SEPTAPHILLY@SEPTA_Bus so can someone tell us why bus 33 south bound keeps getting later and later without any alert? Is it going to show up? 1 bus is 20 minutes late. 1 is cancelled. 1 bus just turned down the wrong street?

Beyond livid at @Ticketmaster@TMFanSupport admitting by phone that they did not do their job twice in a week. Tech support couldn’t give tech support That’s 45 minutes on the phone wasted and won’t receive any help. I really hope losing the lawsuit gets their act together 🤬
Is anyone else tired of @Ticketmaster having ridiculous error messages, never prepped for a presale, and questionable tech support? This is unreal how it’s been this bad for so long and no one will do anything about it.
