@bbcquestiontime It's no free we pay for it. A&E should charge a refundable payment to access service. If further emergency treatment is required refund the payment. I would suggest a £10 charge

@JroRob @foxes1957 @DaveShaw25 The NHS needs a business man/woman to take over and give the whole lot a shake up. Cut discharge times and get the whole thing running efficient. Pay bonuses for hitting target times and fines for missing them by excessive amount.
