Little shipping cost hack if you’re using a 3PL and if you sell on Amazon:

Go into your Amazon account and pretend to buy a label from them - incredible prices.

Take those prices and approach your 3PL. I can almost guarantee you’ll save $0.5-$2 per shipment if done correctly.

@linhtrinh_ It is running extremely well now and we got very good pricing. We are at 5000 orders a month though.

If you go with them you gotta negotiate well, but once it’s set up well there won’t be any issues.
