@FlyingScot57@fmtownsmartey This is correct. Yes the Bunkers were wrong, the distances were too short and some obstacles were backwards but holy crap was it brutal. That’s what the veterans who saw it react to.
@HighIqTakes_@Connor_J_Hughes I never said it wasn’t a penalty though others have said the Raiders substituted so the should have held things up for the Pats to substitute. I don’t know if that happened but if so it would just be another case of letting something that didn’t matter slide in that situation.
@HighIqTakes_@Connor_J_Hughes It’s called common sense which I know isn’t always common. When the game is over and something happens that has no impact on the game and nothing to do with player safety the refs will let things like this slide. You may enjoy pointless flags but most people don’t.
@HighIqTakes_@Connor_J_Hughes The game was over, no one including the Raiders wanted that penalty called. Oh and the Pats had more penalties for more yards during the game.
@SurtainEra So the only people qualified to say that Nix is bad are former NFL QBs who have more post season wins than him? That seem pretty dumb when you think about it doesn’t it?
@mckennaorbust@OppositePicks Yeah I get that and agree to a point but he did miss an XP yesterday and what they needed to do just wasn’t that hard. Anyway good user name.
@mckennaorbust@OppositePicks Not every FG attempt is made. Bleeding clock and getting closer made sense to increase the make % and decrease the chance of the Giants scoring after a miss. Obviously Wash messed up royally at the end but until the last couple plays things made sense.
@TuscanyBayBooks@JJTJournalist You are proving you don’t even understand the argument. Obviously teams in this situation lose much more than they win no matter what they do. When they cite those stats they assume the team scores 2 TDs and doesn’t give up any. That is the only time the strategy matters.
@JohnnySlokes@JukeCannon@EdgeTheStoner Well yeah of course it is. The point is kicking 2 extra points just gets you to OT which is essentially a coin flip while going for it gives you a chance to win it in regulation.
@Sixchr@RyanPaganetti@FlowlessJoe The outcome whether you kick or go for it is going to be a loss the majority of the time. You still need to stop the other team from scoring again and score a touchdown yourself. The math clearly shows going for it is better because it didn’t work doesn’t make that wrong.
@JukeCannon@EdgeTheStoner No one and I mean no one thinks that. Everyone is aware there is roughly a 30% chance of not making it twice. The math is still in favor of going for it.
@barry1mckokiner@iMaxxxxxing@Footballholics2@KinoPRL Holy crap you people are so dumb. The vast majority of teams down 14 points in the 4th quarter will lose period. Math clearly shows you lose a little less often if you go for two.
