@TedWelford I purchased a brand new mustang in October 2022. Having handed over the money in the showroom and before I even sat in the car I could see the paint wasn’t good. It was painted twice by Ford and again by an independent before I got to drive it a year later and it’s still poor.

@jimfarley98 @FordMustang Did his kids provide the finish on my 2022 Mach1 Mustang? The car has been re painted by Ford 3 times since I purchased it in October 2022 and still isn’t what I expect from a brand new vehicle. Such a shame @Ford can’t do the basics.

@DivelleMStacy @Ford @ford really need to work on customer relations seeing as without customers there is no business. Gone are the days when you own the market and can tell people they can only have your product in black. The competition are streets ahead in quality control and customer service

@Ford I purchased a brand new Mach1 in October 22, I still don’t have it due to the incompetence of the garage and the contempt from the sales manager. It’s taken me 30 years to be in a position to purchase what should have been my dream car #trustfordedgeware 🤬

@Ford @jimfarley98 #ford would do well to concentrate on quality control and customer service. I purchased a brand new Mach1 in October 22 from #trustfordedgeware and there were a couple of defects, the car was taken to #trustforddagenham to repair, the car is worse now and still with #Ford

@FordMustang Unfortunately, although I purchased my brand new Mach1 from #trustfordedgeware in October 22, there were issues with the paint. #trustforddagenham still haven’t rectified the issue, and as well as being without my car for 7 months, I have been advised the warranty will be void
