@Ward5Ed @CM_McDuffie landlord offered ONE month of deferment for us & our sister shop (nail salon) and only for May even though we’ve been closed since March and will be closed through April. We’ve been paying on time since 2016.

Have any other small businesses in Brookland been successful in getting a discount on their rent? Our landlord owns the entire apartment bldng but has not been willing to work to work with us. Would love to get advice on how to approach this
