@ChloesPlanet Jon only used in person early voting. If early votes and mail-in votes were combined, Democrats, or rather people who had only voted in Democratic primaries since 2020 would be up by 0.5% against those who had only voted in Republican primaries. And Paxton ain’t winning indies.
@TheEconAnalyst@davidslosttt Good thing 28.2% of voters there so far never voted in a primary before then. For all you know, Talarico is up by 6 there. Texas doesn’t have party registration, so we can only go by primary voting history.
@davidslosttt Fl Dems didn’t stay home, Fl Reps did. May indicate a wider nationwide MAGA morale collapse in which case, Kansas will have elected its first Dem Senator since 1932!!
@BlackLabelAdvsr Talarico led in A+ polls that assumed an R +11 electorate (due to his numbers with Latinos and Indies), and you think he’s in trouble with a D +0.5?! Copium lol
@BC2015GA@Taniel Enjoying your copium? I still believe the Fl Senate will probably be won by the Republicans, but there’s no doubt this is the worst performance by Florida Republicans since 2012.
@Shuanbanh@Skogur2@umichvoter The thing was his math was right in 2024, it’s just that right after early voting and the day before the election he decided to go against his own math and predicted the Dems would squeak by which obviously didn’t happen.
This time though, it looks like the Reps are cooked.
@Taniel I like Angie Nixon a lot from what I saw but never thought she had a chance until now. If she wins, she needs to write a book on campaigning in Florida that should be required reading for all Florida Democrats ‘cuz dang have they sucked the last few election cycles!
@roney4500@KyleKulinski Pretty sure Kyle never commented on that. For the record, I do think Amy owes him a debate…or did until Ramaswamy aired that vile ad.
