@dhlexpressuk Two attempted “deliveries” (same parcel) and the driver has been nowhere near my address either time! The map on your own tracking site shows them 10 minutes away the first time, and 3 streets away today!

Do they not have Sat nav (or google?!)

The note from the driver says they could not find my address the first time (funny, since all the other delivery companies find it, including you guys in the past).

Today’s note says “no answer”. Of course there wasn’t - it wasn’t my address! 🤦🏼‍♀️

I’ve already reported it and been refunded. But I’m not entirely happy with them just ‘feeding the issue back to the store’

I’m rewatching ‘Waking the Dead’ on iPlayer.

On series 2 and it’s their first suspect “with Asperger’s” (it’s 2002).

Boyd says some nonsense about ‘them’ not being able to ‘form relationships’. Grace replies that he “only has a ghosting of the condition”.

@AmazonHelp I just went to watch Fargo (season 5, episode 3) and it has no English subtitles! Every other episode does, so I’m a little confused.

Have they been accidentally turned off or something?

@AmazonHelp I’ve tried it on my LG TV, Roku, iPad and iPhone. None of them are showing the option for English subtitles on that particular episode. The other episodes have working subtitles.

40p of that cost was for cream on top… which Starbucks and Caffè Nero include for free.

I wouldn’t mind so much if Costa’s coffee didn’t taste way worse than the other two. If only the Quay had other coffee options! 😅

Went to go see Inside Out 2. It was better than I thought it would be :)

Had a slight “grr” at Costa in Odeon charging me £4.70 for a mocha though!

I don’t know if they charge more than a regular Costa, but £1 more than Starbucks and Nero for worse coffee is taking the piss.

I’m not sure I’d ever brave doing it during rush hour during the week, but at the weekend it all went very smoothly.

And I especially liked the Elizabeth Line. Air con, step free (at Paddington) and purple!

In contrast to Euston’s assistance, I would like to praise @TfL

It was my first time travelling alone around London (mostly between Hyde Park, Paddington and Ealing) and all the staff were super helpful and friendly.

I don’t know if booking the assistance online altered the experience or not. Perhaps we would still have got the same guy if I’d phoned. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Went down to London at the weekend (from Glasgow) and decided to brave requesting train assistance online rather than phoning.

It’s the only thing I can usually brave phoning for… because I know exactly what to say. But doing it online *should* be easier.

Thankfully the train staff were all lovely, and the assistance back in Glasgow was quick and efficient.

I don’t mind travelling by train, but Euston needs to train their assistance staff better! All I needed was the ramp. It’s not rocket science.
