Together with #FrimleyCardiology, as a whole NHS Trust @FrimleyHealth now perform a similar volume of PCI compared to Bristol - ranked 12-13th in the whole of UK. #WexhamCardiology alone ranked 12th highest PCI volume per consultant in the country(!) 🤪(3/8)

#WexhamCardiology More case of the week. DIabetic pt in 60s with CVA and carotid disease. eGFR < 20. Normal LV and valves. Presented with ACS. Angio showed ostial LAD disease involving LMS (Medina 1,1,0) and RCA CTO. EuroScore 6%. Syntax 26, Syntax II equipoise. PCI or CABG? 🧐
