What strikes me most about this mass-casualty event at Riyadh airport is how completely indifferent the Saudi government is to the safety of its own citizens.
For the past few weeks, the Saudi regime has stopped sounding alarms during Houthi attacks, this means that the people present at the airport were completely unaware of the ballistic missile flying towards them.
At the moment, according to unconfirmed reports, it is believed that at least 50 people were in Terminal 3 at the time of impact.

Israeli media officials are setting the stage for a postponement of the Oct 27 election due to US strike in Iran or due to Israeli preemptive strike in Iran. https://t.co/QJ2fzArEII
When the President has to explain that it’s actually our proxy war in Eastern Europe, not our regime change war in the Middle East, that’s driving up the cost of living for hardworking Americans, it should be evident to everyone that our foreign policy does not serve the American people.
We just released a short film on our investigation into the U.S. bombing of the Minab school in Iran in the opening hours of the war on February 28,2026.
The stories survivors, parents, first responders and others shared with us will forever haunt me.

Against children
Also horrified by the administration's flagrant lies as they try to evade responsibility

🧵Massacre at Minab: The School That Became a Grave In the first hours of the Iran war, the U.S. struck the Shajareh Tayyebeh school in Minab, killing at least 156 people, including 120 children and 26 teachers. What happened on February 28 will go down in history as one of the single worst massacres committed by the U.S. government since the Vietnam War.
Survivors, first responders, parents and witnesses told @jeremyscahill, @MazMHussain & @SayahTweets their stories ⤵️
“the area of the school yard was completely covered in body parts of the children... my arms and legs went numb until I snapped out of it and started collecting the body parts of the martyrs—the children who were in pieces.”

“A mother described to me that she had prepared her child’s snack and placed it in her backpack, kissed her face, and sent her to school. What was returned to her was her child’s backpack with an uneaten sandwich.”
