@Se_Railway 1736 CHX to NEH, not scheduled to stop at Lee or Nottingham. Just stopped at Lee, doors released. Driver not paying attention or do you have some other excuse? I never got a further reply to your 'investigation' the last time.

@Se_Railway Sure, it's not timetabled to stop at Lee or Mottingham. The driver stopped, and released the doors. Why? Was the driver just not paying attention (most trains are timetabled to stop there) or was there an operational reason to stop and release the doors?

@Se_Railway From a customer service perspective, do you think that's a good response? Your published information suggested there were no issues London > Dartford via Sidcup. 7 trains between 15:20-17:00 did not run. The first train that could have run, didn't (for unrelated reasons)

@Se_Railway You say "Trains from Dartford to London via Sidcup cannot run between Crayford and Hither Green. Trains from London towards Dartford are able to run as scheduled." If trains *TO* Dartford can run, why are the 16:50, 17:06, 17:20 from CHX via SID showing as diverted?

@Se_Railway 17:02 "Trains from London towards Dartford are able to run as scheduled until 18:00." Yet the 17:06 (which is due after 17:02) CHX<>NEH is delayed ~30 minutes. Your website is providing incorrect information.

@Se_Railway Why is that not reflected on your status page. It currently says "Trains from London towards Dartford are able to run as scheduled." Diverting 3 trains means they aren't running as scheduled.
Also, why is the 16:50 delayed 30 minutes when the carriages are currently at CHX?

@greateranglia This (tick) is not a barcode. It looks nothing like a barcode. What you call a barcode is an Aztec code. You could be forgiven for wrongly calling it a QR code, but it looks nothing like a barcode. Why do you call this a barcode? Where are the bars?

@GWRHelp help me understand please, why 1P33, which was a couple of minutes late arriving into Paddington did not release the doors to let passengers disembark before being coupled to another train and why we were delayed further to allow this to happen before we got off.

@GWRHelp I've get this train on a regular basis over the last 12 months. It usually arrives at Paddington in a platform behind another train. This is the first time it's been coupled up before we've disembarked. Why?
