2) Need to find alternate sources of funding or cut expenditure.
3) Increased income inequality as those with higher incomes would pay a smaller proportion of their income in taxes.
4) Reduce govt's ability to respond to changes & emergencies.

@kulanthisilva Same sex marriage might be a stretch in the immediate. A first step would be to decriminalise, stop harassment and change perception regarding same sex relationships.

@kulanthisilva Sis, to me the problem was not her breasts or her attire. It was her constant hugging of the police officer/s. She place them in a terrible position and also compromise the safety of many others. Imagine a cop hugging a woman. People will be trumpeting it till the end of time.
