@TheHectorSolis I had that happen, too. I WAS still connected, though. About every 12 minutes a short blip of music would play. Eventually a very nice agent, Lisa, helped me get refunded. :)

@united : last time my flight was 1.5 hour late on Southwest: email w/ apology & travel credit before I even landed.
On UNITED last month: 7 hour delay (3 AM arrival in L.A. as solo female)... and nothing.
Crew was apologetic but ops & corporate = huge disappointment. #FlySWA
