@droplr @Praval I have used the app to do everything from my phone until I first inquired about this issue - as have others - look at the reviews lots of others are saying the same thing. This isn’t acceptable would be more palatable if you would give us refunds considering loss of functionality

How do you shorten links from the app? None of this functionality is there. And I don’t really care if you are “working” on a much improved app, I have t been able to use the app I paid for since iOS, I have contacted support they are no help

@droplr @Praval This is pathetic. Now we can’t shorten links of anything on our phones?!? And you won’t refund us. Terrible terrible customer service and terrible to not refund us when we paid for a product that you now aren’t going to fix. We paid for features we can’t use.

@Praval @droplr Agreed!!! How many days are we out now and we STILL can’t use the product we paid for. When I asked for a refund I was told no and pointed to a policy of refunds and I was outside of that time. However I paid for a product they refuse to fix.
